Ubiquiti UISP-S-PLUS-EU: Switch Ideal for WISP.
Ubiquiti UISP-S-PLUS is a managed switch adapted for UISP operation. It is equipped with 4 2 .5G Ethernet ports (1/2.5Gb/s) and 4 SFP slots (1/10Gb/S ). There is a PoE ( passive) power output of 27V DC on all Ethernet ports. The total PoE power output budget is 160W. The applied voltages will allow to connect to the UISP-S-Plus various types of Ubiquiti wireless devices. The total switching capacity of the switch is 50 Gbps , and the packet forwarding speed is 74.4 Mp/s. Using the included accessories, you can mount the device on the wall or in a 19" rack. Another advantage are the legs - you can use them if you want to put the UISP-S-Plus on a table or desk.
The UISP-S-PLUS-EU provides extremely easy installation in any environment. You can mount it on a desk, wall, or in a 1U rack. This makes it ideal for both office and professional IT environments. There is a PoE power output on ports 1-4 ( all Ethernet ). The switch supports passive PoE , the voltage is applied on2 or 4 pairs. The output voltage is 27V DC maximum power per port 20W when using 2 pairs or 40W with 4 pairs. Passive PoE still widely used in Ubiquiti wireless Devices. UISP Switch plus will work especially well in conjunction with solutions using 2.5G Ethernet ports
