Plated nozzle for 3D printers with increased wear resistance. The product is made of 360 brass, which is plated with TwinClad XT nickel composite coating. The TwinClad XT surface provides a low coefficient of friction, is hard and also features high durability. The nozzle exhibits longer life when working with print material that causes increased abrasion, such as carbon fiber filament, metal steel or wood. The product is compatible with Creality's CR-10 and Ender series 3D printers. The nozzle can also be used in selected models of Tornado and MakerBot devices.
