An activated carbon filter for the range hood is a type of filter specifically designed to absorb and neutralize odors and grease particles generated during cooking. These filters are primarily used in recirculating range hoods, as recirculation systems do not vent air outside but clean it through the filter and then return it to the kitchen.
Our filter contains activated carbon (a fine-grained carbon material with a porous structure), which, due to its high adsorption capacity, very effectively binds odors and pollutants. The carbon particles attract odor molecules through their many tiny pores and trap them, allowing cleaner and odor-free air to be released back into the room.
