Patchcord one-mode length 60 meters, cable diameter 3 mm, terminated with SC/APC-SC/APC connectors, is used for networking optical equipment such as switches or converters. Patchcords are also widely used in FTTH networks to connect OLT and ONU/ONT type devices. The presented cables have a material classification LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen), which means that their sheath is made of thermoplastic or thermoset compounds, which do not emit halogen under the influence of high temperatures and emit a limited amount of smoke.
