It is used to directly connect two active devices, such as a router or switch, so that data can be transferred between them. Shielded patchcord Extralink is highly flexible, which translates into installation convenience and user comfort.
The shielded category 6 FTP patchcord of Extralink is terminated with shielded, gold-plated RJ45 plugs. It is made of four-wire cable, twisted pair type, made of pure copper, so it is possible to power network devices in PoE standard.
