The Midland Alan 42 Plus Multi is a small, portable CB radio with quick car adaptation. The current version allows easy frequency band switching between several European CB standards. Frequency synthesis is achieved using a PLL (Phase-Locked Loop), and power consumption is reduced by an automatic battery saving system. A large, multi-function, backlit display shows device operating parameters. An optional external speaker-microphone, improving operating comfort, can be connected to the accessory jack.
