16-port Gigabit switch TP-Link TL-SG1016
TL-SG1016 with 16 ports is a gigabit desktop switch designed for installation in a rack. The switch allows you to easily increase the Ethernet throughput for gigabit connections. The 16 ports are equipped with MDI/MDIX auto crossover function, which allows for quick installation without the need for crossover cables. The TLSG1016 Switch is environmentally friendly as it is based on the Green TP-Link environmentally friendly technology.
Business performance of the switch
TL-SG1016 uses non-blocking architecture for maximum data transfer efficiency. Thanks to the MAC address array with the size 8 K it is possible to use the device in large networks. Whereas the IEEE802.3x bandwidth control support for transmission in full duplex and the backpressure function for transmission in half duplex ensures smooth network traffic and reliable data transmission.
Green TP-Link
TL-SG1016 uses Green TP-Link technology, which effectively increases network capacity while saving energy. The switch automatically adjusts power consumption depending on connection status and cable length. The switch complies with the European Directive RoHS limiting the use of equipment made of environmentally hazardous materials.
Easy to use
Thanks to the automatic functions of the TL-SG1016 switch, installation of the device does not require configuration. The MDI/MDIX function eliminates the need for crossover cables or uplink ports, and automatic connection negotiation detects the speed of the connected device on each port, ensuring transmission performance at the highest level. The compact desktop enclosure saves space and is conveniently mounted in a rack. Also helpful are LEDs informing about the operating status of the device.
