iSMA-B-FCU-HH, täielikult programmeeritav kontroller, on ehitatud eesmärgiga juhtida FCU-d. Kontroller on tehases varustatud kahe kõige populaarsema avatud kommunikatsiooniprotokolliga Modbus ASCII/RTU ja BACnet MSTP, mis valitakse DIP-lülitite abil.
Aja minimeerimiseks ja kasutuselevõtu lihtsustamiseks on kontroller tarnitud universaalse rakendusega, mis toetab kõige levinumaid FCU-tüüpe. Spetsiaalne DIP-lüliti võimaldab rakenduse parameetrite reguleerimist. Lisaks sellele on rakendusel BACnet-protokollis sisseehitatud funktsioon, mis võimaldab automaatselt siduda Master- ja Slave-regulaatorid rühmadesse.
Juhul kui standardrakendus ei vasta projekti nõuetele, saab seda muuta või luua algusest peale. Rakenduse muutmine on võimalik reaalajas USB-pordi kaudu. On olemas kolm riistvaraversiooni, millel on erinevad Triac väljundid ja toiteallikad.
