Gel flux is a thickened RMA-class rosin flux designed for SMT mounting and repair. It can be applied via screen, stencil, or syringe. Activators used in its production allow residue to be left on the package after soldering (unless the production process includes cleaning phases).
- No cleaning required
- Printable for 36 hours
- Remains tacky for 72 hours
- Good solderability on surfaces: Ag, Cu, Au, Zn, Cd, and SnPb
